13) 1950’s Kodak Photography Light

Works by Marsel - Lamp No.13

This is a 1950’s Kodak photography light. Originaly used as a handheld adjustable light in photography studio’s, it has been modified into an original floor standing designer home/office lamp.

This one is actually my third custom Kodak lamp. I used polished silver reflectors on the first inspired one which were adjustable and looked great. Copycat versions have since been made by others and sold on eBay.

It is presented on an original antique solid oak 1920’s photography tripod.

A nice piece of photography history re-created into a charming custom vintage floor lamp.
